Thomas Pinnau
Group CEO
Thomas Pinnau brings more than three decades of international leadership experience across consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Hilding Anders, he served as CEO of Hollander Sleep Products, where he strengthened operational performance and drove profitable growth within the global bedding category. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Mars, Alliance Boots, and Knowledge Universe, managing multi-billion-dollar businesses across North America, Europe, and Latin America.
Xavier Thiry
Group CFO
Xavier Thiry brings more than 20 years of international financial leadership experience across retail, consumer goods, and real estate. He served as Group CFO at SMYK Group, where he supported significant growth, led refinancing initiatives, and contributed to M&A transactions during private equity ownership. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles at Metro Group and PT Hero Supermarket, managing complex operations across European and Asian markets. He has extensive experience working in both private equity-owned and publicly listed companies.
Peter Sturm
Group CPO
Peter Sturm has been with Hilding Anders since 2001 in various leadership roles. Since 2011 he has served as the Group’s Chief People Officer and prior to joining Hilding Anders, he was an Army Officer at Swedish Armed Forces Command and has close to 20 years of military experience.
