Hilding Anders appoints Amy Price as Chief Commercial Officer

Hilding Anders, one of the leading bed and mattress companies in Europe and Asia, has appointed Amy Price to the newly established position of Chief Commercial Officer. With more than 25 years of experience leading commercial transformation and growth across global consumer, textile and bedding businesses, Amy will lead the Group’s commercial strategy as Hilding Anders strengthens its focus on its brands, channels and customer partnerships.

The appointment is a key step in building Group-wide commercial capabilities across Hilding Anders. Amy will have Group responsibility for commercial strategy, brand and portfolio strategy, new product development, channel development across e-commerce, digital, retail and hospitality, and key account leadership. She joined the company in October and reports to Group CEO Thomas Pinnau.

Amy has led commercial organisations of $500 million to $1 billion in scale, driving revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, portfolio optimisation, pricing and omnichannel development. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer and President eCommerce at Live Comfortably, a leading North American & Global bedding manufacturer, she led post-acquisition value creation, commercial governance, organisation building and channel expansion, delivering significant growth and margin improvement.

“Hilding Anders has strong brands and long-standing customer relationships, and I see significant room to grow both. With Amy we are building the commercial leadership to accelerate our brands, expand in channels such as e-commerce, retail and hospitality, and deepen our partnerships with key customers. Her experience of driving growth across global textile and bedding businesses makes her the right leader for ‘Hilding Anders – Reimagined’,” says Thomas Pinnau, Group CEO, Hilding Anders International AB.

“Hilding Anders has trusted brands, skilled people and long-standing partnerships. I look forward to building on that foundation to grow our brands and bring better sleep to more people,” says Amy Price, Chief Commercial Officer, Hilding Anders International AB.

The appointment is part of Hilding Anders' broader transformation programme, which sharpens the Group's focus on profitable customer relationships, proprietary brands and future growth areas, and aims to create a stronger platform for sustainable growth in the years ahead.
