Carpe Diem Beds opens store in Gothenburg

The Swedish luxury bedding brand, Carpe Diem Beds, have opened the doors to their first own store located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The opening in Gothenburg marks the brand’s third direct to consumer store and the second in Sweden. The new store, located in central Gothenburg, offers customers everything for the bedroom; from sleep consultation, customized bed design to bedroom accessories for unwinding and relaxation.

“A better store location in Gothenburg for Carpe Diem Beds is hard to find. And we already see some impressive footfall first couple of days trading. Gothenburg was one of the first cities where Carpe Diem Beds started trading 25 years ago. So, after our first store opening in Stockholm two years ago, we thought that Gothenburg was the right alternative, being Sweden’s second biggest city and located on the west coast close to where it all started for us in Lysekil”, commented David Zettergren, General Manager of Carpe Diem Beds in the UK and The Nordics.

The beds from Carpe Diem Beds are built according to Swedish handicraft tradition using preferably Swedish materials and are made for maximum pressure relief in combination with timeless design and a conscious environmental strategy.
