CEO & President of Hilding Anders 2012-2014. Anders has worked with the private equity industry in the Nordic region for over ten years, initially as CEO of the 2004 leveraged buy-out of Thule AB, the global leader in Sports Utility Transportation, and more recently as CEO of Capital Safety Group. Anders is also Partner at Arle Capital Partners. Anders has previously worked at Gunnebo AB, Trelleborg AB, Nobel Industries and Rescon AB and holds board seats at Hempel A/S and Victoria Park AB.

Gunnar Johansson acted as Interim CEO for Hilding Anders from May 2011 to February 2012. Since 2009 he is partner at the Swiss management consultancy ValCrea. Gunnar spent more than two decades with Swedish hygiene company SCA, where he was responsible for SCA’s Hygiene Category, with annual sales exceeding 5 billion €. Gunnar Johansson also holds board seats for Orkla Brands and IDTEQ AS.

Javier joined Arle after five years at Apax, where he led a number of transactions in the industrials and services industries, including DMR Consulting and Fractus. Before that he was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney for eleven years. With over ten years of private equity experience, Javier heads up the services sector at Arle.

Marc has global responsibility for KKR’s mezzanine business. He has almost 20 years’ experience in finance having started his career at Citibank and subsequently worked at Prudential and Greenich Street Capital Partners before joining KKR in 2008. He has had board roles at a number of companies including WorldPay, IMCD, Global Closure Systems and Stork.

Julian Ameler joined Arle in 2012 and is an Investment Manager based in London where he focuses on investments in the Industrial, Energy and Services sectors. Julian is currently on the board of directors of PurePOWER Technologies and an observer of the board of Innovia Group.
Julian joined Arle from UBS Investment Bank where he worked in the German coverage team in Frankfurt and later on the Industrials team in London, advising clients on M&A and capital market transactions. Prior to this, Julian gained further relevant experience at Warburg Pincus and Deutsche Bank.
Nathaniel M. Zilkha
Co-Head of KKR Credit
Member of the Board since 2015.
Nathaniel joined KKR in 2007 and serves as the Co-Head of KKR Credit, the firm’s global credit investing business. He is also the co-portfolio manager of the KKR Special Situations funds, which he has managed since their inception in 2009. He is a member of the Private Credit Investment Committee, Special Situations Investment Committee, Credit Portfolio Management Committee and Public Markets Management Committee. Nathaniel also spent time as a member of KKR’s Private Equity Team in KKR’s Menlo Park office. Prior to joining KKR, he was a member of the Principal Investment Area of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he invested in private equity and principal debt transactions. He is currently on the boards of directors of Amedisys, QMH, and Winoa. At KKR, he was formerly on the boards of Harden Healthcare, Oriental Brewery, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
